NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC

Connecting National Geographic to a new generation

A joint venture with National Geographic, JM Zell, and Weiss/Manfredi Architects to create a master plan for the rejuvenation of the National Geographic Society Headquarters in DC. The aim was to better connect the existing buildings and to transform the headquarters into an inspiring workplace with a revitalized public experience.

We concepted an extensive public experience focused on updating the HQs with state of the art technology. At the center of the experience is a spherical LED display. Inside the globe visitors experience 360 degree projected imagery, temperature control and atmospheric effects.
